Return Request Form

Our fine range of jewellery should not only meet your expectations but exceed them. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return your product for a full refund within 14 days from the date of shipment (7 days for loose diamonds and gemstones).

How to return an order:

• Secure your item(s) and all the original paperwork you received with the item in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (available at the post office).

  Send the package using Express Post Platinum service or Registered Mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items.
  *Diamond Coco is not responsible for lost or damaged items while shipping.


Returns posted from outside Australia should be sent using a reputable courier service such as FedEx or UPS.
Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.
Address the package to Customer Service, 2 John Rowell Lane, Mornington VIC 3109 (Do not address to Diamond Coco for security reasons)

Conditions of Return:

• The item must be received by Diamond Coco WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of shipment for the refund (SEVEN 7 DAYS for loose diamonds and gemstones).
• Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition as received from Diamond Coco. Any returns that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Diamond Coco), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
• If the item is a diamond, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well.
• Any item that has been custom made cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
• Items clearly listed as non refundable are not available for refund or exchange.

Returns Processing:

• All requests will be processed after the item has been inspected and authenticity verified. Returns can take 10 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
