Shipping & Delivery
To deliver the lowest possible price, very little of our huge diamond and jewellery inventory is kept in stock. To do so would result in considerable overheads and ultimately much higher prices. Instead, most orders will involve a diamond being sent direct from New York or Israel to our manufacturing workshop where it meets the gold or platinum component of your order.
Once your order is ready to, it is dispatched by courier to your door. Each consignment is trackable and requires your signature for collection. In the event that you are not available to sign, then your order will be sent to the nearest Australia Post Office.
Delivery usually takes 7-10 days.

DiamondCoco.com.au recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users whilst shopping online. We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental respect for our users’ right to privacy and to guide our relationships with our users.

In order to access certain portions of our Web site, such as the Wish List section, users must register and provide certain voluntary information about themselves.
Use of Information
DiamondCoco.com.au will not reveal any personal information that users provide to us to any third party without their permission. DiamondCoco.com.au uses IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. We also use it to gather broad demographic information about our users in general. Upon request, DiamondCoco.com.au will remove users (and their information) from our database or permit them to opt-out of any further e-mail newsletters or contact.

Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely even that our products don’t meet with you expectations then we offer a full refund or exchange. Our fair go policy simply requires that the goods be returned within 14 days, that they are unworn and include all original documentations.
Whilst Diamond Coco is essentially an online store that’s not to say that you have to process your order online. You can place your order in person (Suite 6, Upper Level, 38A Main Street, Mornington 3931) or by telephone on 1300 230 430.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
With the exception of loose diamonds which are quoted online ex-gst, all jewellery, mountings and watches are quoted inclusive of GST.
