Most items listed on Diamond Coco are manufactured to order. This ensures you receive the highest quality item at the best available price since we are not forced to carry a huge inventory of goods. Ready to wear items such as necklaces, pendants and earrings usually ship within 7 days. Items requiring re-sizing, the setting of diamonds or any other work usually ship within 10 days. Custom manufactured jewellery may take a little longer but this will be discussed with you at the time or ordering.
All shipping within Australia is handled by courier and requires a signature for collection. In the event that you are not at the specified shipping address at the time of delivery, a card will be left notifying you of the next step. In some instances the courier will attempt to re-deliver or else the package will be left at your local Australia Post outlet for collection. Proof of Identity together with the 'Attempted Delivery' slip will be required for pickup. In some instances it may be possible to ring the courier to arrange a further delivery attempt.
Shipping Internationally will be undertaken by UPS, FedEx or AAE. Customers will be sent tracking codes and will need to sign for delivery. In the event that you are not at the specified shipping address at the time of delivery, a card will be left notifying you of the next step. In some instances the courier will attempt to re-deliver or else the package will be taken to a local sorting facility for collection. Proof of Identity together with the 'Attempted Delivery' slip will be required for pickup. In some instances it may be possible to ring the courier to arrange a further delivery attempt.
